We are based in Adelaide and ship across entire Australia. Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want. Delivery takes between 2 hours to 1 business day for local SA and up to 3 business days for rest of Australia. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.
Unfortunately, fresh flower bouquets are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable.
Because flowers are perishable and begin to age as soon as they leave our studio, we’re unable to accept returns once they’ve been delivered. This helps us ensure that every customer receives blooms that are fresh, safe, and handled with care.
If there’s any issue with the quality of your order when it arrives, please reach out to us within 2 days so we can review and assist promptly.

If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your parcel. Fresh flowers are delicate and perishable, so we’re unable to accept returns, but we absolutely want to make things right.

Yes — we offer same‑day delivery within 2 to 4 for majority of South Australian suburbs when you order before our daily cut‑off time which is 5:00 PM. If it's regional location, we will be able to delivery it within 2 business days
We deliver everywhere. Please ensure you provide the correct ward, level, or delivery instructions so our couriers can deliver smoothly. If a location has restricted access, we’ll contact you for alternative arrangements.
If it’s safe to do so, our courier will leave the flowers in a shaded, secure spot. If not, the order may be returned to our studio and redelivery fees may apply. We’ll always notify you if this happens.
